· Brad Schwartz - Executive V.P. - Co-Founder

Brad Schwartz is a former regional sales manager for ATT, Global Crossing and MCI.  He has over 18 years of experience in marketing telecom network services to large business accounts throughout North America.  He is a co-inventor of issued and pending patents in the areas of automated external defibrillator (AED) technologies.  He attended the University of Miami where he received his degree in Business Administration.

· Eric Judge - Executive V.P. - Co-Founder

Formerly with Global Crossing, Eric Judge has over 17 years of experience in marketing a variety of telecom network services to large and small businesses.  He is a co-inventor of issued and pending patents in the areas of automated external defibrillator (AED) technologies.  He attended the Florida State University where he received his BS in Marketing and Chemistry.

· Barry H. Schwibner, M.D., F.A.C.S. President - Co-Founder

Dr. Schwibner received his Medical Degree from The Chicago Medical School (Class President).  He interned at The George Washington University Hospital (District of Columbia), and did his Residency in General Surgery and Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center (NY, NY).  He served as a surgeon with the U.S. Army Medical Corps, having completed the Medical Field Service School at the Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston (TX) with the rank of Captain, then served with the 7th Field Hospital on Honshu, Japan during the Vietnam War.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic SurgeryHe was in the private practice of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Long Island, NY.  He has done research and published papers in numerous areas such as: “Laryngeal Transplantation”, A New Absorbable Synthetic Suture in Growing and Adult Primary Vascular Anastomoses”, and “Abdominal Lipocutaneous Reduction”.  He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the American Diabetes Association (Long Island, NY).  Since retiring from private practice he has been serving as a Corporate Consultant to the Healthcare and Life Science Sectors.  He is an inventor, holding issued and pending patents in the areas of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and an issued patent for innovative technologies for the detection of silent rupture of breast implants and other prostheses.

· Steven Borzak, M.D., F.A.C.C. - V.P. - Cardiology Lead

Dr. Borzak received his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine (Chicago, IL),
where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.  He performed his Internship and Internal Medicine Residency at the Michael Reese Hospital (Chicago, IL).  He completed a Cardiology Fellowship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital & Harvard Medical School (Boston, MA).  He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Internal Medicine.  Dr. Borzak is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, a Fellow of the American Heart Association, a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.  He was in the academic practice of Cardiology as Associate Division Head of Cardiovascular Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital (Detroit, MI), where he served as Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, conducted dozens of research studies and contributed extensively to cardiovascular literature.  Dr. Borzak has conducted research treatments for acute coronary syndromes, arrhythmias and heart failure, and has explored mechanisms of cardiac symptoms, racial manifestations of coronary disease and basic mechanisms of cellular contraction.  He entered the private practice of Cardiology, joining the Florida Cardiology Group (Atlantis, FL) in 2001, and continues to conduct clinical research.  Dr. Borzak has received numerous teaching awards during his tenure, and is currently a faculty member at the Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine (Boca Raton, FL), and the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine (Miami, FL).

· Roy Gross, Esq. - Special Advisory Board Member - IP Counsel

Mr. Gross earned his B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) (Cambridge, MA) with combined studies at Cambridge University (United Kingdom).  He received his J.D. with a Concentration in Intellectual Property from the Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (New York, NY).  Prior to Law School, he served as a Corporate Consultant to numerous Fortune 500 clients.  Mr. Gross has extensive experience representing U.S. and international clients and is an expert in patent prosecution of medical devices, surgical instruments and computer related technologies.  His litigation experience includes a heavy emphasis in Life Science litigation including participating in Hatch-Waxman ANDA cases for generic versions of drugs such as Pulmicort Respules®, MetroGel® and Clarinex®.  As an inventor himself, he holds three Pending Patents.  Mr. Gross is the Founder and Managing Member of The Roy Gross Law Firm (Wilton, CT).
